INSERT_MATCH_WORKPLANE inserts a specified workplane
into a set of workplanes which are connected via matchlines.

This action has no options. Simply identify the workplane
to be inserted, then select a workplane or matchline.
Use this action to insert a workplane into a workplane set,
either between two existing workplanes, or at the end of the
workplane set. Simply identify the workplane to be inserted,
then add the relevant vertices to the matchline definitions.
This action may be useful, for example, when performing a
lofting operation.
The following parameter sequence adds a workplane at the end of
a match set.
INSERT_MATCH_WORKPLANE [specify match line to be extended]
[specify new vertex]
REMOVE_LOFT terminate action
ADD_LOFT terminate action
REMOVE_MATCH_WORKPLANE terminate action
