AM_LOAD_TABLE_TOL loads a previously saved file of dimension
tolerances into the current Annotation session. The loaded
tolerances are displayed in the appropriate tolerance table
and the All Tolerance Values table.

This command has no options. Simply specify the name of
the file (enclosed within double quotes
(" ")) containing the tolerances to load.
Use this action to load a file of dimension tolerances
into the current Annotation session.
