AM_GEO_C_CIRCLE_CENTER creates a construction circle by center point and radius.

Syntax

                              (*) necessary when the default owner is not set

Options

• :GO :OK is necessary for setting the owner of the geometry.
• :OWNER specifies the owner of the geometry using the AM_GEO_SET_DOMAIN subaction.

Specify the center of the circle and specify its radius.
