AM_GEO_ARC_CONCENTRIC creates an arc concentric to an existing arc.

Syntax

                                (*) necessary when the default owner is not set

Options

• :GO :OK is necessary for setting the owner of the geometry.
• :OWNER specifies the owner of the geometry using the AM_GEO_SET_DOMAIN subaction.

Specify the arc to be concentric to, and specify a point on or an offset of the new arc's radius.
