AM_GEO_ARC creates an arc by four points.

Syntax

             (*) necessary when the default owner is not set

Options

• :GO :OK is necessary for setting the owner of the geometry.
• :OWNER specifies the owner of the geometry using the AM_GEO_SET_DOMAIN subaction.

Specify a center point and radial point for the arc, and then the begin and end points of the arc.
