SET_WP_DEFAULT_FRONT_BORDER_COLOR sets the default front
color of new workplane borders.

This action has no options.
Use SET_WP_DEFAULT_FRONT_BORDER_COLOR before creating one
or more workplanes having the same front border color.
The following parameter sequence specifies a workplane with a red
front border.
SET_WP_DEFAULT_FRONT_BORDER_COLOR :RGB 1,0,0
Alternatively, you can use the HSL and RGB sliders on
the color menu to specify the default part color.
