SET_DEFAULT_LAYOUT_TAN_EDGES_MODE interrupt action

SET_DEFAULT_LAYOUT_TAN_EDGES_MODE sets the on/off status of tangent edges for subsequent views.

Syntax

---->(SET_DEFAULT_LAYOUT_TAN_EDGES_MODE)---+--(:ON)---+---->
                                           |          |
                                           +--(:OFF)--+

Options

The following options are available to set your tangent edges.

When to use

Use this action to specify whether or not tangent edges will be displayed when a new layout is created.

For example, consider a cylindrical tube which is bent in the middle -- like an elbow. With tangent edges off only the outline of the tube will be drawn. But with tangent edges on the locations where the curved section changes into straight sections will also be drawn.

Example

The following string specifies that tangent edges will be shown when a new layout is produced.

SET_DEFAULT_LAYOUT_TAN_EDGES_MODE :ON
