OFFSET terminate action

OFFSET offsets the position of one or more faces, or the position of recognized features by one, specified distance.

A flat face after being offset would remain parallel to its original face, with its position modified from its original position by the input distance value or length.

When to use

Use this command to offset a single face, modify the wall thickness of some or all walls of a shelled body.

Offset a recognized feature in one direction by a specified distance.

Example

The following parameter sequence offsets a specified face.
