AM_DIM_LV_LENGTH_UNIT sets the length units for second dimension
values.

:NONE switches off second values in dimensions measuring
lengths, so that only main dimension length values are
shown. Specifying one of the types of units causes the
second length value to be computed and displayed.
Use this action to switch on dimension second values in
subsequently-created length dimensions, and to set their units.
