AM_DIM_LV_BRACKETS applies or removes brackets around second
dimension values.

- :ON encloses second dimension values in brackets (toggles
with AM_DIM_UV_BRACKETS).
- :OFF does not add brackets to second dimension values.
Use this action to set brackets around the second dimension
values (and their tolerances) for subsequently-created
dimensions. Note that brackets can enclose the main or
second dimension values, but not both.
