AM_ROT_CENTERLINE_BY_ANGLE modifies existing center lines by rotating them by a given angle.

- :ANGLE specifies the angle of rotation.
- :CEN_LINE selects the center line(s) to rotate. Use the :START and :ADD options for
multiple center line selection. For single selection simply indicate a center line.
