AM_MOD_SECTION_VIEW_MODE switches between displaying only sectioned
surfaces or all view aspects in existing section views.

- :SECTION_VIEW specifies the section view to modify.
- :SS-SURFACE toggles between displaying sectioned surfaces only (:ON)
or the entire section view (:OFF).
Use this action to display only sectioned surfaces within a section view,
or to revert to displaying all aspects of the view.
