AM_CL_PENSIZE modifies the pen size of existing center lines.

- :CEN_PENSIZE specifies the new center line pen size. The value
is in millimeters, and must be positive or zero.
- :CEN_SELECT selects the center line. This can be used with the Select
tool for multiple selection of center lines.
Use this action to change the pen size of existing center lines of circular
elements.
