To Insert or Remove Blank Time
Insert time can be used to add more time between tracks in the timeline. This can be useful if you need to add translations or effects into the middle of the timeline of an animation with lots of tracks. Remove blank time can be used to remove any unwanted time where nothing is animated in the middle of the timeline.
