Save an updated IDX file to preserve the history of transaction states and notes and to communicate decisions about design to the ECAD and MCAD tools. When you save the IDX file, the changes from the Revised column become the permanent status and appear in the State column. A log of the changes, including notes, is added to the Transaction History.
