To Customize Light Scenes
Perform the steps below to customize the predefined light scene, Single Light, 2 Lights, or 3 Lights, in the Creo View user interface.

You can also customize light scenes by editing the LightScenes.xml file located here:
%AppData%\ptc\ProductView
The light scenes in this XML file load on startup. For editing instructions, see LightScenes XML File in the Creo View Installation and Configuration Guide.

1. Click > , then select a light scene from the list.
2. Click Edit. The Custom dialog box opens.
3. Drag the sliders to lighten or darken the Ambient, Diffuse, or Specular lighting.
The view shows a live preview as you change the light settings.
4. Click Reset to reset the original value of each slider setting.
5. To create a new light scene, click Save as new light scene. The New Light Scene Name dialog box opens. Type a name and click OK.

Thee light scene must have a unique name.

6. Click OK to save your changes to the selected light scene and exit, or click Cancel to exit without saving.
7. To manage the light scenes, click > , then select Manage Light Scenes from the list. The Light Scenes dialog box opens.
8. Select a light scene and use the arrows to change the order.
9. Click Rename or Delete to rename or delete the selected light scene or delete it.

You can only rename or delete a new light scene that you created.
