Licensing Requirements for Creo View Adapter for Creo Elements/Direct Modeling
Creo View Adapters now utilize the “Viewable Converter for Creo View” feature by default with Creo Elements/Direct Modeling. This new feature does not require a run-time license of Creo Elements/Direct Modeling and is available in version 20.3 and later.

If the Creo View Adapters generates an additional file output other than Creo View Data, it still requires a run-time license of Creo Elements/Direct Modeling.

What’s the benefit if this enhancement?
This enhancement removes the requirement for a run-time license of Creo Elements/Direct Modeling when configured to only generate Creo View files as output.
