To Save an Annotation Set
1. Click > or > . The New Annotation Set dialog box opens.
2. Type information in one or more of the following boxes:
◦ Name
◦ Author
◦ Telephone
◦ E-Mail
◦ Comments
3. Select the Exclude non-primary representations check box to only save annotations and markups that belong to the primary representation you selected. Annotations and Markups that belong to more than one representation are not saved.

4. Click OK.

• Annotation sets are also saved when you click > .
• You can only save an annotation set from a PVS or a PVZ file.
