Advanced > Office Publishing Tab for PDF Conversion
Enable Office Publishing—This option enables publishing using a locally installed Microsoft Office application to perform document conversion. Applicable only for Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio supported formats. This option is selected by default.
Select the adapter-specific options for the output of this adapter from the following table:
For Microsoft Word files:

When you publish Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint or Visio document with Office Publishing, bookmarks with slide or worksheet names cannot be generated.
