Check the following items to ensure that your system is able to run the Creo View Adapter for PGL:

• The Creo View Adapter for PGL must be supported on the operating system and meet the minimum requirements as shown in the Software Matrices available at:

http://www.ptc.com/appserver/cs/doc/refdoc.jsp

• Ensure that your operating system has adequate CPU and storage systems.

• Pro/ENGINEER releases prior to Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 4.0 need to be specially configured for models to contain the PGL display data. Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 4.0 or later and Creo Parametric releases automatically contain PGL display data.
