To Save an Annotation Set

Working with Markups > Annotation Sets and Folders > To Save an Annotation Set

1. Click File > Save Annotation Set or File > Save Annotation Set As. The New Annotation Set dialog box opens.

2. Type information in one or more of the following boxes:

◦ Name

◦ Author

◦ Telephone

◦ E-Mail

◦ Comments

3. Select the Exclude non-primary representations check box to only save annotations and markups that belong to the primary representation you selected. Annotations and Markups that belong to more than one representation are not saved.

4. Click OK.

• Annotation sets are also saved when you click File > Save All.

• You can only save an annotation set from a PVS or a PVZ file.
