1. Click Home, and then click the arrow next to Preset Views. The Preset Views menu opens.

2. Click Customize. The Custom Preset View Configurations dialog box opens.

3. In the New View box, type a name for the view.

4. Under Capture the Current Settings, select or clear check boxes for the display settings to save.

5. Click Create. The preset view is created.

6. Click OK.
