About Printing Viewables
You can print single or multiple parts or viewables associated with a structure at one time.
To print a single viewable, select
Print, or
Print Preview and then
Print. The current view state of the active view is printed.
To print multiple viewables, view states, annotations sets, and groups, select
Print Multiple Items. You do not need to load the viewables to print multiple viewables.
Print Multiple Items does not print the current view state of loaded viewables. It loads the selected viewables from the source data.
You can print multiple items individually as a list or you can combine them by selecting Print as single job from the Print Settings menu.
• List—Each selected item is a separate print job. You can select Print Settings for each item.
• Combined—All selected items are included in one print job. You can select Print Settings that apply to all items in the print job.
You can include Illustration or Document views in the list of a multiple print job, but you cannot include them in a combined print job. Use the advanced options to print a background color and control the margins of printed images.
