To Filter the List of Groups
1. In the Groups pane, right-click and choose Filter Group List. The Filter Groups dialog box opens.
2. To filter by name, select Names and then type the name of a group in the Text field.
3. To filter by type in an MCAD project, select Groups of type, and then select one or more group types to display.
4. To filter by local or shared status, select Only groups stored and then select either In the current structure or Shared across all structures.
5. To hide duplicate groups from the top level of the list, select Hide Duplicate Groups. By default, a group contained in a nested group will appear in the list twice: in the top level and under its nested group.
*
When Hide Duplicate Groups is not selected, deleting or renaming the group at the top level affects all the occurrences of the group.
6. Click Make Default to apply the filter settings to all groups.
7. Click OK. The list is filtered.
8. To cancel the filter settings, in the Groups pane, right-click and choose Reset Filter.
