Identical: Show or hide identical pairs. By default, identical parts are not displayed.
New: Show or hide components that were added to the second assembly.
Deleted: Show or hide components that were deleted from the second assembly.
Moved Part: Show or hide pairs in which a part was moved.
Moved Assembly: Show or hide pairs in which an assembly was moved.

The colored strip at the bottom of the button indicates the color in which the components appear.
To change the color and opacity of the components, select the down arrow under the filtering button.
By default, filtered parts are displayed as phantom. Click Show Filtered in the Model Display group to switch between hiding filter parts from view and showing them.
When you select a pair for which the status is Modified, or when you select the parent of such a pair, the Geometry Compare tab also has a Modified Items Display group. Use the buttons in this group as follows:
Modified: Show or hide as per selected status: Modified, Attributes Modified, Unknown, Error.
Toggle Items: Switch the display between the first and the second version of the modified item. This helps you to understand the design changes by swapping back and forth.
Toggle Items—Switch between selecting the first and the second item without volume differences.
Toggle Volume—Switch between selecting Common with Added, the shape of the first item, and Common with Removed, the shape of the second item.
First Item: Show or hide the first item in the pair.
Second Item: Show or hide the second item in the pair.
Common: Show or hide the common features of the components.
Added: Show or hide the features that were added in the second component.
Removed: Show or hide the features that were removed in the second component.
