You can now use the Compare tool to compare two assemblies.

If the assemblies are found not to be identical, the tool provides a list of differences between the assemblies and the geometries of their child parts. Structural changes which can be identified include New Components, Deleted Components, Moved Components, Moved Assemblies, and Modified Components.
