Creating a Watermark
To create a watermark, follow the steps below:
1. Click File > New Watermark. A new watermark file opens.
2. Select the type of file to apply the watermark from the following options:
For HPGL, DWG, DXF, PLT, CGM and other drawing files, select Drawing Page.
For 3D Models, select 3D Model Page.
For GIF, JPG, TIFF, BMP and other image documents, select Image Page.
For TXT, DOC, XLS, PPT, PDF and other text documents, select Document Page.
For markup files, select Markup Page.
For ECAD files, select ECAD Page.
3. You can now add text or images to the watermark:
To add text to a watermark, click Add Text, and then click on the watermark page. For more information, see To Add a Label to a Watermark.
To add an image to a watermark, click Add Image, and then click on the watermark page. For more information, see To Add an Image to a Watermark.
4. Define the location of the watermark. For more information see Defining the Internal Order of the Components of a Watermark .
5. Save the watermark. For more information see Saving a Watermark.
You are now finished creating your watermark. Continue to the next section to set the order of the components within the watermark.
