The PVS Change Utility (pvschange) is bundled with Windchill. It is used by the SLM products, like Service Information Manager and the Arbortext Content Manager solutions to provide data compression and intellectual property removal from published CAD content that can be used for creating downstream illustrations for publications. The PVS Change Utility is packaged and optionally installed with Windchill solutions as the Viewable Compression Utilities. Refer to the Configuring Windchill Viewable Compression Utilities later in this chapter.
