Check the following items to ensure that your system is able to run the PVS Change Utility:
• The PVS Change Utility must be supported on the operating system and meet the minimum requirements as shown in the Creo View Adapters Software Matrices available at http://www.ptc.com/appserver/cs/doc/refdoc.jsp.
• Insufficient memory is a problem, and must be addressed.
