To Transform and Rotate Parts
Use the transform tool to move and rotate parts in the figure.. For more information, see Using the Draggers to Transform or Rotate Parts.
To Activate the Transform Dragger
Shows the dragger to change the location of the selected part.
Activate the Transform dragger in any of the following ways.
Right-click on a part and choose Location > Transform from the shortcut menu.
From the Home ribbon menu, select Transform and then choose Transform from the list.
From the Parts ribbon menu, select Transform and then choose Transform from the list.
To Activate the Free Rotation Dragger
Shows the dragger to change the orientation of the selected part.
Activate the Free Rotation dragger in any of the following ways.
Right-click on a part and choose Location > Free Rotation from the shortcut menu.
From the Home ribbon menu, select Transform and then choose Free Rotation from the list.
From the Parts ribbon menu, select Transform and then choose Free Rotation from the list.

The most recently used of the Transform or Free Rotation dragger can also be activated by clicking on the top half of the Home > Transform or Parts > Transform buttons. The icon indicates which dragger will be activated.
To return the parts to their original locations, click Home > Restore Location.
To Activate Copy Transform
Copy Transform is available when a single part is selected, and its location differs from its sBOM location.
Copy Last Transform is available when a single part is selected, its location is changed in the current session, and it is transformed multiple times
1. Select a transformed part from the view.
2. From the Home ribbon menu, select Copy Transform or Copy Last Transform, the Copy Transform dialog box opens.
Alternatively, from the Parts ribbon menu, select Copy Transform or Copy Last Transform.
3. Select the part or parts from the view to copy the transform to.
4. Click OK.

When copying a rotation the spin center from the original rotation will be used, not the spin center of the part the rotation is being copied to.
To Set the Coordinate System
Select CSYS
Use Global CSYS
To Save the New Location
To save the new locations of the parts, click Home > Capture Location and choose an option, otherwise click Home > Restore Location and choose an option.
To save the location changes to Windchill, click File > Save Part Locations.
