Callout Templates
When creating callout templates that reference attributes, you first need to import the attributes from a source .pvz file to populate the list in the Insert Attribute dialog box.
To Import Attributes for Use in Callout Templates
1. Click Manage from the ribbon menu. The Manage Standards dialog box opens.
2. Select the standard from your list of standards.
3. Click Edit. The Creo Illustrate: Standard Admin dialog box opens.
4. Select Callouts from the left menu. The Annotations - Callouts dialog box opens.
5. Select Import Fields and browse to the file location.
6. Select the .pvz file for import and click Open. The imported attributes are now available in the Insert Attribute dialog box.

1. To remove the imported attributes from the list click Clear imported fields and click Yes from the Delete Imported Fields warning dialog.
2. Click on the lock icon to lock the settings of the item list or select Lock Page to lock all options on the page.
