To Set the Minimum Label Size for Callouts
A minimum size can be set for callouts that have a label shape that is sized to fit the content. This can be used to make all label shapes the same size, and set the maximum number of characters that will be used in the callouts.
For example, if you know there will only ever be two characters, you can set the minimum to two so that even if the callouts only has one character the label size will remain larger enough for two.
To set the default options for annotations, see To Set Annotation Options.
