To Select Columns Using the Column Chooser
Predefining the Columns for an Illustration
1. From the File menu, click > . The Creo Illustrate dialog box opens.
2. Next to Showing, select Illustration.
3. On the left, under General, select Item List. On the right, the Column Chooser page opens.
4. In the Column Chooser page, select a category from the Category drop down menu, the available fields are populated.
5. To add a field to the Displayed Fields list, select a field from the Available Fields list and click Add. The field is added to the Displayed Field list.
6. To remove a field from the Displayed Field list, select a field from the Displayed Field list and click remove. The field is removed from the Displayed Field list and is available in the Available Fields list.
7. To reorder the columns, select a column in theDisplayed Fields list, and then click an arrow to change its position.
8. Click Apply to set the columns.
Setting the Columns on a Figure
1. From the ribbon menu, select Item List, then click Column Chooser. The Column Chooser page opens.
2. In the Column Chooser page, select a category from the Category drop down menu, the available fields are populated.
3. To add a field to the Displayed Fields list, select a field from the Available Fields list and click Add. The field is added to the Displayed Fields list.
4. To remove a field from the Displayed Field list, select a field from the Displayed Field list and click remove. The field is removed from the Displayed Field list and is available in the Available Fields list.
5. To reorder the columns, select a column in theDisplayed Fields list, and then click an arrow to change its position.
6. Click Apply to set the columns.

1. Use the Creo Illustrate Administration Tool to add and manage the categories in the Column Chooser.
2. If the Column Chooser page options are locked in the Administration Tool, then the buttons are disabled and columns can not be set in Creo Illustrate.
