To Export an Animation or Sequence as a Movie
1. Click Animation > Export. The Export as a Movie dialog box opens.
2. In the Save to file box, type a path for the movie, or click Browse to browse to the file location.
3. In the Format box, select a file format.
4. In the Settings box, select an encoding format.
5. Choose how the sequence should be saved:
Select Include step notes — Export steps as a movie.
All steps as one movie — Exports the entire sequence as a single movie.
All steps as individual movies — Exports each step in the sequence as an individual movie.
Current step — Exports the current step as a movie.
6. To add time between sequence steps in a movie, set the Padding in seconds. Padding can be added before or after a step.
7. Select values for the following options:
Frames per second
Width
Height
8. To maintain the sequence or animation's proportions, select the Lock aspect ratio check box.
The Lock aspect ratio check box will be checked and disabled if the figure has a page set.
9. To play the movie automatically after creating it, select the Launch movie player when complete check box.
10. Click Export. The movie is created.

*.wmv based on the installed codecs.
*.mp4
