To Filter Callouts in the Content List

Working with Markups > Annotations > To Filter Callouts in the Content List

Callouts in the active figure appear in the

Figure Content pane of the upper data panel. If there are many callouts associated with a figure, the list may extend to more than one page. To filter callouts by name, use the Filter Figure Content dialog box.

To Filter Callouts

1. In the upper data panel, at the bottom of the

Figure Content pane, click Filter. The Filter Figure Content dialog box opens.

2. To filter annotations by name, select Names, and then select Matching or Not Matching.

3. Next to Text, type the text to match or exclude from the filter.

4. Click OK. The filters are applied to the content list.
