To Change the Page Setup for a Figure
When you create a new figure, you can either apply a standard page setup to the figure, or customize the page setup.
To customize the page set up for a 2D, 3D, and Schematic figures that you intend to print, publish or export in a 2D illustration, see the following options:
For Schematic Figures
To replace the format, click Figure > Formats, and then select another format from the list.
To change the title block, click Figure > Edit Title Block, and then select a title block from the list. Each format can have one or more title blocks. The first title block is the default.
To reposition or resize the contents of the figure, click Figure > Fit Content. A bounding box appears around the figure content. You can perform either or both of the following actions:
Resize the figure content by dragging any corner of the box
Reposition the figure content by dragging the center point
To resize the title block, select it. A handle appears on one side of the title block. Drag the side to a new position. The text wraps automatically.

Toggle Show Grid to apply a grid to the figure.
For 3D Figures
Use the options found in the Page Setup group on the Figure tab.
1. Toggle Size, to apply a page size to the figure, and then select a page size from the list:
A2, A3, A4, or A5
US Letter or Half Letter
Tablet
Smartphone
2. Click Orientation, to apply an orientation to the page, and then choose a page orientation from the list:
Portrait
Landscape
3. Toggle Border to apply a page border to the figure.
To edit the border, click Border > Edit Border. The Edit Border dialog box opens. For more information, see To Edit the Border.
4. Toggle Caption to apply a caption to the figure.
To edit the caption, click Caption > Edit Caption. The Edit Caption dialog box opens. See To Edit a Caption.
5. To set the zoom level for the page using one or more of the following tools:
Click Zoom to open the dialog box where you can set a specific zoom percentage
Click Fit To Window, to fit the page to the figure window
Use the slider on the status bar to adjust the zoom manually
For 2D Figures
Use the options found in the Figure Settings dialog box.
Set the options under the Size, Border, and Caption tabs to customize the page setup. For more information see To Customize Setting for a 2D Figure.

Select the Use settings from parent 3D figure check box located at the top of the relevant tabs to apply the settings from the 3D figure.
