To Add a Step to a Sequence

Working with Sequences > Creating and Modifying Sequences > To Add a Step to a Sequence

1. In the Figures pane, click the thumbnail image for the figure you want to add the step to. The selected figure appears in the figure window.

If the thumbnail has

, the figure contains an animation. You cannot add a sequence step to this figure unless you delete the animation first.

2. In the

Step Editor, select the step preceding the step you are adding.

3. Click Animation >

Add Step.

The new step appears in the

Step Editor. The figure in it is a copy of the figure in the preceding step. The new step is selected and ready to edit.
