Annotations you insert in the figure appear in the upper data panel

View Content list. Selecting an annotation in the figure window selects it in the View Content list, and vice versa. In addition, selecting a callout for an item in the figure window or View Content list highlights that item in the Item List tab of the lower data panel.

Double-click an item in the Item List, or right-click and select Zoom Selected, to zoom the selected item and the callout to the center of the figure window.

The Item List also contains tags for each item with a callout. By default, the tag is the name of the part or the subassembly. You can change the item tag. Renaming the tag does not rename the part.

When you generate callouts automatically, they are also numbered automatically. In the Item List, you can change an item’s number in the sequence of callouts, or you can change the item’s label.
