Failure to Start the Software
Symptom: When you attempt to start your PTC software, you see an MS-DOS window that contains the message: Cannot find <Installation_Directory>\<mc_type>\filename.
Cause: The system PATH, an environment variable, is either not set to the <Installation_Directory>\bin or it is improperly set due to a syntax or spelling error.
Solution: Check the system PATH.
