To Check the Database and Repair a Design
Use the Check Database tool to check and repair a design's database and graphics and the links between them.
1. Click > . The Design Properties dialog box opens.
2. Click Check Database. One of the following happens:
◦ When no errors are found, No Errors Found is displayed in the Database Check dialog box.
◦ When errors are found, the Database Errors dialog box opens and a log file is created in the working directory. When the errors cannot be repaired automatically, a list of errors appears in the dialog box along with the suggested solution.
◦ When not all the found errors can be repaired, Please send design to technical support for repair is displayed in the Database Errors dialog box. Send a copy of the corrupt design to PTC Technical Support at www.ptc.com.
