There is additional compliance with the ISO standard for leader notes in detailed drawings.

What is the benefit of this enhancement?
In Creo Parametric 5.0.0.0, there is a new detail option for controlling the standard-compliant representation of leader notes. You can set the detail option, default_note_leader_type, to the values listed below.
• std_asme (Default)—Note annotations appear centered on the leader’s elbow.
• std_iso—Note annotations appear above an extended elbow
