Hiding the Revise and Checkout Command
You can hide the Revise and Checkout command from the Creo Parametric user interface.
User Interface Location: Click File > Check In > Revise and Checkout. Alternatively, select one or more components and parts of the assembly on the Model Tree, right-click, and select Revise and Check Out.

What is the benefit of this enhancement?
Use the new client-side configuration option, dm_enable_revise_and_check_out, to disable Revise and Checkout from the Creo Parametric user interface. This will help to prevent the inadvertent revising of models.
dm_enable_revise_and_check_out—When set to yes, Revise and Checkout is enabled and visible. When set to no, Revise and Checkout is disabled and invisible. The default is yes.
In the example below, the configuration option is set to no.
