Guidelines for Temperature Loads
For temperature loads, keep the following guidelines in mind:
Temperature loads are body loads available in Structure only. Use these loads to simulate a temperature applied to an entire model, individual components of an assembly or regions of a model.
You can define only one type of temperature load per load set. In other words, you cannot place both a structural temperature load and an MEC/T temperature load in the same load set. However you can have a structural temperature load and an MEC/T load in the same model provided they are in separate load sets.
In both native and FEM mode you can have multiple structural temperature loads within a single load set but they cannot be applied to the same entity.
