When you suppress segments 1 and 3, the associated flanges and mated gaskets are suppressed as well.

When you click Resume, all the segments that were previously suppressed are highlighted.

When you select segment 3, segment 3, the flange, and the gasket are resumed.

You can use the free segment end for the new routing.
