To Create a Trajectory Rib
1. Make sure you have a flat surface or a datum plane to use as a sketch plane.
2. Click Model, click the arrow next to Rib, and click Trajectory Rib. The Trajectory Rib tab opens.
 
* You could also select a sketch first, or select a datum plane or planar surface first, and then click Model, click the arrow next to Rib, and click Trajectory Rib.
3. Click the Placement tab.
4. Under Sketch, click Define. The Sketch dialog box opens.
5. In the Sketch dialog box, select the sketch plane mentioned in step 1 and accept the default reference and orientation, or define a new reference and orientation.
6. Click Sketch. Sketcher opens.
7. Sketch one or more lines, splines, or arcs to define the rib feature trajectory and click OK. Sketcher closes and the feature is previewed.
 
* You can also select an external sketch to define the trajectory rib.
8. Define one or more of the following rib attributes:
Width
Rounds
Draft
9. Click . The trajectory rib is created.
