About Missing Source Features for Mirror Features
This topic describes the workflow for dealing with missing source features when you edit the definition of a Mirror feature. It applies to these cases:
Independent or partially dependent Mirror features, but not fully dependent Mirror features
Part mode
When you edit the definition of a Mirror feature, and the Mirror feature contains a source feature that has been deleted or suppressed, in the Mirror items collector, the label missing appears next to the feature type of the deleted or suppressed item.
Perform one of these actions:
To cancel editing the definition of the Mirror feature so you can fix the source feature, click .
To continue editing the definition, select the Reapply Mirror check box. A notification window opens. It warns you that source features are missing, and that reapplying the mirror will delete the target Mirror features that are associated with the missing target features.
Perform one of these actions:
To cancel editing the definition, click Cancel in the notification window.
To continue, edit the definition, and then click . Any target Mirror features associated with the missing source features are deleted.
