About Selecting Multiple References for Feature Recognition
When you click a Feature Recognition icon, you can select multiple surfaces and edges for feature detection. You can use multiple reference selection in Feature Recognition to perform the following tasks:
Simultaneously convert multiple geometries to Creo Parametric features.
Combine similar data. Multiple fillet or chamfer geometries, for example, can be represented in a single feature.
The use of multiple reference selection reduces the number of Remove features in the model. Feature Recognition creates one Remove feature for all the detected geometries and a single group for a non-planer surface.

* The amount of system resources used increases in direct proportion to the amount of selected references.
