To Scale a Model
You can scale the dimension values of your model by a factor you specify. Assemblies must be unexploded in order to scale them.
1. With an open Part or Assembly, click Model > Operations > Scale Model. The Scale Model dialog box opens.
2. Next to Select scaling factor or enter value, type or select a scaling factor.
The default values is 1.0. The length dimensions of the model is scaled by using the factor you specified. If the scale is modified, the model is regenerated.

When you scale your model, the model units are not changed.
Imported geometry cannot be scaled.
3. Define whether or not the absolute accuracy value is scaled when you scale the model:
To scale the absolute accuracy when the model is scaled, click Options, and then select the Scale absolute accuracy check box.
To keep the absolute accuracy the same when the model is scaled, click Options, and then clear the Scale absolute accuracy check box.

* To set the default for whether or not the absolute accuracy is scaled when the model is scaled, use the modify_abs_accuracy_on_scale configuration option.
4. Click OK.
