One or More Dimensions Are Missing
One or more dimensions related to the feature are missing. This is probably due to a change in the design model (e.g., the dimension scheme for the CAD feature has been changed). You can probably repair the model by repairing the feature through the following procedure:
1. Right-click on the feature in the Feature Tree and select Edit... from the context menu.
2. Open the Dimension panel in the dashboard.
3. For the missing dimension(s), click on the 'Pick' option to activate the CAD selection process.
4. Select the applicable dimension from the design model.
5. If necessary, select an applicable reference feature for the dimension.
6. Click the Accept button in the dashboard.
For more information, see Dimension Slide-out Panel in Model Based Design > Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Advisor > GD&T Advisor.
When selecting dimensions from the design model, you may select parametric dimensions, driving dimensionAE, driven dimension AE. If the necessary parametric dimensions do not exist (because you want to represent the feature with a different scheme from the scheme with which it was created), you should create the necessary driven dimension AEs.
Rather than repairing the feature, you might also repair the model by just deleting the feature. However, when you do so, all other objects that reference the feature (e.g., DRFs) will become invalid.
