To Rotate or Resize Entities
1. Select one or more entities.
2. Click Design > Rotate Resize. The Rotate Resize tab opens. The selected entities appear in a box.
3. To change the center of rotation or scaling, right-click the rotation or scale handle and drag it to a new location.
4. Use one of the following methods:
◦ Rotate the rotation handle or type a value for the angle of rotation in the box.
◦ Size the scale handle or type a value for the scale in the box.
5. To select a new reference for moving, scaling, or rotating selected entities, activate the collector and then select a reference.
